This Is What I’ve Been Training For

…. sleep.

I fell asleep at 10:30pm on Sunday night – I admit it, I have been ‘out of sorts’ for a few months now – especially in the build-up to a family event (they always get me – there is one this coming Friday). However, I managed to smash my own PB and managed to sleep for the best part of 24hrs.

Yes, there were times I woke up during the repose – I woke at 04:30 on Monday for a cup of tea, went straight back to be and then woke around eleven in the morning to email Mad Professor.

Having returned to slumber at around 11:30 I then slept until 22:48 – not bad.

Everyone needs a goal.
