Personally, I am getting bored of not sleeping – it is so teenage. So, I have set about looking for ideas to tire me out. Parkour is the one that came up trumps. This video explains better than I can about Parkour –

I am the first to admit that with my moobs and pot belly I may / may not struggle. However, after acing the Couch To 5K podcast (I listened to it) I may be in with a fighting chance of tiring myself out.

I spent a good twenty minutes listening to the first half hour installment of the Couch To 5K podcast. Not with my knees.
