We grew up in a tithe cottage. We are not used to flat inspections by the Landlord of which renters are used to every few months. But, ultimately, we are renters now - we have a flat inspection today.
Kathryn has gone nuts and is polishing the potatoes in the fridge as I type this up - there is not much else we can do, the flat is as tidy as it ever has been.
This dominated my weekend.
Other than that, I have been struggling to sleep anywhere near as much as I used to - I am waking up 8-12 times a night of late and this disparaged sleep pattern is playing on my nerves (or, is it my nerves causing the sleep pattern?).
I reckon it could be tied into the last batch of Coronavirus that I had. Either way, Covid-19 has been a big thing of late.
In tech news, I have subscribed to Endel, the soundtrack app. The app works in tandem with Apple Health and plays the unique, scientifically advised soundtrack to your day - enabling optimum performance; seemed a gimmick at first but I am sold, seems to help me.
Another app I have that I hope other use is FantastiCal - the organisation app - I am already wondering what to get Dad for his birthday, now I know when it is.
